At times contemplating our failures is what there is best to attend to

This year, after years of running after wealth and legacy, I left the Boss Babe in me to a more regal and poised sovereign of my time. This metamorphosis transcends terminological change, heralding a much deeper evolution towards leading one’s enterprise with empowered autonomy, feminine grace, abundant creativity & ressources, and strategic flexibility.

I actively look around our project and ecosystem, trying to get ahead of the risks I know, so I can always be called away to the risks I didn’t see coming

Keywords: Leadership , bravery

If you are like me — a planning, strategic thinking, “yes, but how did we get here” type person — then you probably know that that photo implies countless hours of training, practice, and probably a handful of painful lessons. No one ever got to the point where they are floating, attached to nothing, free from the aid of wings or the safety of a harness without years of intense dedication.

You know what they say about making your passion your profession?

Keywords: life

That’s a really good thing, only that it does not happen that easily in real life. Actually, there is that danger of hating your passion if you depend on it for a living. When things get rough, you may need to compromise a lot and start doing your passion differently from why you wanted to do it in the first place (well, these are my fears at the time of writing). It is better to prepare and plan well so that when the opportunity knocks, you can recognize it.
